This is a workshop for your board or management team to develop the leadership you need to build strong ethics. It gives you the insight and tools to develop ethics to support your long-term business success.

 

This is how it works

During a 2 h session we give you insight into why ethics is key to business success and how you as the board or management team can build a sustainable ethical culture in your organization. The workshop uses real life examples to show the benefits of strong ethics and the risk of weak ethics. It combines this with the tools and insights you need as leaders. The workshop also highlights why you need to constantly develop your ethical compass.

After the workshop you will be able to strengthen your personal capacity and the capacity of the organization to manage ethical opportunities and risks.

After the workshop we will deliver full documentation used in the workshop for your further use. In addition we give you our experience-based outside-in reflection.
