The Readiness Analysis
This step is jumped too often because of eagerness to start. It is important to stop for a while and understand how ready the organization is. With the Granit Readiness Analysis you get the picture now instead of getting negative surprises in the future. First part is starting with understanding the strategy and targets of the organizations. Secondly we do interviews and we get out into the reality of the organization.
With the Granit Change Preparation all the steps are prepared before the change itself starts. The resources are assembled and the plans are made. All the learning from the Readiness Analysis are used to plan for the change implementation.
In the Granit Implementation stage the change is happening. The progress is reported in a clear way giving the right decision base for any adjustments. We make sure that the change ownership stays with the organization, as well as the learning.
