We are your speaking partner in your daily leadership challenges. You will have an internationally experienced manager as your mentor.

 

This is how it works

The mentorship gives you an experienced outside support to help you navigate and take decisions. We do it in a structured process over 6 months. The key components of the support are

 

• Establishing targets to define outcome of the mentor program.
• One meeting every month focusing on three things. A specific theme to develop your capacity, open discussion on topics close to your heart, and finally inspiration from another business, person or a leadership tool.
• Unlimited support between meetings on telephone and e-mails depending on your job situation and challenges.

 

The mentorship focuses on finding strategies and actions to deal with your challenges, big or small. With your mentors long and proved experience, you will be able to learn from others successes and failures, to find your own way forward.
