Within a few days we fill a vacancy in your organization for some weeks or months. We take on senior leadership positions to support all situations when there is a need of fast replacement.

 

This is how it works

Based on  the customers needs we propose a candidate that matches the criteria. The scope and targets are defined. An NDA and a contract with a time frame of 1 to 12 months is developed. The candidate typically starts working within a few days. There are regular status reports and follow ups.

• gap before new recruitment can be in place
