Why you need to build ethical leadership
Ethics is growingly important in today’s world. The company cultures and leadership styles must develop to win the future war for the tal-ents and the customers. You need to develop the individuals to be able to drive the company in a changing world and its demands, thus the companies culture also will develop.
This is how it works
A company program that gives the insight in what way you as a com-pany want to operate, how you are going develop ethics to be part of your culture. This program gives the individual the insight and tools to develop themselves, while also developing the company culture.
We would start with a focus training for your management team. To have a successful implementation the top management must be fully on-board and have an insight in the training and vocabulary we will convey to the organization. This will be followed by a 2-day training to all middle managers and key employees. The 2-day session is followed up with a 1-day workshop, 2-3 month after the training. At the follow-up meeting we will review the homework each participant committed to and we will discuss a couple of cases that the participants have from their own organization.
How is it done
The training is build up around a couple of models combined with cas-es and dilemmas under each topic. The participants are expected to engage and involve in the cases discussed. The cases are tailored to be as close to your business as possible.
The trainings are built around the book “Att vilja göra rätt / The will to do right”. We will follow the 9 – steps model, for leaders to increase their ethical leadership development through ethical understanding
