At their annual meeting the group Evolvera had the overall meeting topic set to: “Kön – Makt – Korruption”, freely translated to “Gender – Power – Corruption”.
Granit Management was invited to lead the workshop around the topic – “Korruption – utnyttjande av betrodd makt” (Corruption – using given powers to your own benefit).
Intense and lively discussions created a good energy in the team. The workshop ended with good discussions around individual leaders and management teams. How they should act to create an ethical working place. Many of the “me too” cases could have been avoided with a different management culture, leaders having the courage to act.
